Shoe Sizing & Fit

How do I get the best fit for jazz shoes?

• Measure your feet carefully and refer to the Baeily Size Guide before ordering.

• Jazz shoes fit snugly; if wearing socks or wanting growth room, size up 1–2 sizes (our jazz shoes increase by 0.5cm per size).

• If your child is between sizes, it’s best to size up.

Can my child try the shoes on?

• Yes absolutely - Shoes may be tried indoors on a clean surface to check fit.

• Shoes showing wear, markings, or worn outside cannot be returned unless faulty.

Dancewear Sizing

What if my child is between sizes?

• For dancewear, if in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and growth.

• Always refer to the Baeily Size Guide to check measurements.

Are measurements consistent across items?

• Sizes can vary slightly between manufacturers, so always measure and check the size guide before ordering.

Returns

How do I request a return?
Email hello@baeily.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

How long do I have to send it back?
Once approved, items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are offered where stock is available. If not, a refund will be issued.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unused and unworn items may be returned under our change-of-mind policy. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are final sale unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

What can’t be returned?
Beauty products, intimates, and worn dancewear or shoes cannot be returned unless faulty.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?
All orders are quality-checked prior to dispatch. If an item is faulty, we’ll cover return postage and offer a refund or replacement.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.
