Returns Window

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return

• Once approved, items must be returned within 21 days of delivery

Condition of Items

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached

• Shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check fit, but worn or dirty items cannot be returned

Faulty or Damaged Items

• All orders are quality-checked prior to dispatch

• If an item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return postage and offer a refund or replacement

Change of mind/Incorrect Size

• If you have selected an incorrect size or change your mind, items may be returned in accordance with our returns policy. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend carefully measuring and referring to our size guide prior to purchase to ensure the best fit.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Processed within 3 business days of receiving and approving the returned item

• Issued to the original payment method

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Hygiene reasons: beauty products, intimates, worn dancewear/shoes

• Sale items are final sale unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law
