Returns Window

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return

• Once approved, items must be returned within 21 days of delivery

Condition of Items

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached

• Shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface to check fit, but worn or dirty items cannot be returned

Faulty or Damaged Items

• All orders are quality-checked prior to dispatch

• If an item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return postage and offer a refund or replacement

Change of Mind

• For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

• Exchanges are offered where stock is available

• If your requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued

Refunds

• Processed within 3 business days of receiving and approving the returned item

• Issued to the original payment method

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Hygiene reasons: beauty products, intimates, worn dancewear/shoes

• Sale items are final sale unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law
